What you need to know before arriving

Open year-round
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 10am.
- Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times. In the summer there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. In the spring, fall, and winter, flexible check-in and check-out times may be available. Confirm your plans prior to arrival.
25% deposit required to confirm your stay. The deposit is applied to the balance on your cabin.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) required for mid-June, July, & the first 3 weeks of August for most rentals.
Nightly rentals welcome for all other times of the year.
Pet Policy: $75 per stay. Pet must be approved prior to arrival as pets are not allowed at most locations.

Pets must be treated with flea and tick prevention prior to arrival.
During the summer months of July and August only pets under 45 lbs are allowed. Pets of other sizes are allowed during other times of the year.
Pet owner must clean up any/all pet refuse.
Pets must stay on a leash while on property
Pets are not allowed to be tied out.
Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the pet owner.
Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out.
Northwoods Resort assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
The Guest shall be solely responsible for the pet while on the property.

No tents are allowed for extra sleeping on the property.
Quiet Hours: 10pm-9am
All bedding is provided; please bring your towels, all paper products & toiletries
All cabins equipped with full kitchen with utensils, flatware, pots and pans, a full sized refrigerator, freezer, & gas stove/oven
Expanded Cable/Dish TV in all cabins
All cabins have a grill & outdoor table & chairs
No Smoking (tobacco or marijuana) is allowed in cabins
Free Wi-Fi on Resort grounds
Swim Raft, Basketball area, Horseshoe pit
Coin Operated laundry on resort grounds
Common area Bon-Fire pit available
Boats, Motors, and Pontoon Boat available for rent
Canoe/Kayak rentals available (Au Train River Trips and Au Train Lake)
